This 80 page capstone paper examines curricular programming with design-build outputs as an untapped resource to mobilize innovation into urban communities.

Parsons four-year partnership with the New York City Department of Transportation is documented and positioned as a case study exemplifying urban transformation through public/academic collaboration.

Presenting the successes and challenges of these collaborations, the paper charts a viable path towards the further amplification of university  practicum.
